The LINK QUARTET Italy’s funkiest Hammond jazz combo will be live at the legendary Troubadour Club next 9 April. The roster of the club includes Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell and Paul Simon. This is The Link Quartet’s first ever UK gig and is the official UK launch party for their 3rd album “Italian Playboys”.
The band have already been featured on the BBC¹s Mark Radcliffe and Craig Charles radio shows. Supporting the band will be very special guest DJ Dean Rudland ex-Acid Jazz label boss, compiler of the successful Blue Break Beats Series on Blue Note and now at Ace record label where he has put his mind to re-establishing the revered BGP label in an ever-crowded marketplace. Plus resident DJ Jean-Paul Séculaire (Right on! Organisation).
